Experience:
He  is from a third generation family of General Building Contractors, he has over 40 years of experience in building, architectural design and inspection. As a general contractor he has served as builder, designer, or consultant for million dollar custom homes, remodels and commercial buildings including Church Model Construction. When in college he was honored by the Southern California Gas Company with the First place award for Kitchen Planning.
EW #1101   has provided investigation or served as an expert witness inspector for projects involving construction defects in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines. He has provided his expertise in all construction disciplines as an estimator for defect repairs. He has inspected for a wide variety of issues including: new construction, environmental concerns, insurance inspections, real estate appraisals, foreclosure investigations and inspections for legal claims mediation supporting developers, contractors, and home owners associations. In addition, He has extensively researched construction methods, code requirements, environmental issues, and marketing for construction projects throughout the United States.
