EW #11834was retained by Jones Day in 2002 as an expert witness in connection with construction claims valued at $40 Million. I worked closely with Russell on this matter. The claims involved many complex scheduling issuesRussells work was exemplary throughout the project. He actively sought and found solutions to difficult issues and demonstrated strong capabilities for working with and presenting complex information in ways that were easy to understand. He wrote a lengthy and detailed expert report that effectively addressed each of the schedule issues and claims. During his expert testimony, first as a percipient witness and later as a designated scheduling expert, Russell demonstrated an aptitude for responding to questions in ways that demonstrated the strength of our clients position and the weaknesses in the position of our adversary.
