SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Kelly started his banking career as an intern at a large Midwestern bank while working on his MBA degree at Creighton University. Following graduation he worked for the Management Services Division of Arthur Young & Company assisting underperforming financial institutions. He was recruited by the First National Bank in Dallas into the Controllers Department, and advanced to the position of vice president in the Investments and Funding Division. During that time he managed the banks portfolio of investments and served on the banks asset/liability management committee. He was then recruited by First City Bancorporation as chief financial officer for one of their Texas banks. During 11 years with this banking company he also served as chief operating officer, senior commercial lending officer, and president and chief executive officer and a director of member banks. Mr. Kelly also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas for 18 years.

Shortly after statewide branch banking was passed in Texas, Mr. Kelly joined a regional consulting firm providing financial advisory and expert witness services. In his capacity as a consultant, Mr. Kelly has worked on a broad variety of assignments dealing with financially troubled companies. His experience as a practitioner, rather than as an auditor, regulator, or academic, provides an added source of credibility to his opinions. For the past 8 years he has worked for the international turnaround firm of Glass & Associates as Director of Litigation Consulting Services.

Mr. Kelly provides services as a consultant in civil litigation and investigations, as well as providing expert opinions in the form of damages calculations, Rule 26 reports, and testimony in deposition and at trial. He has been qualified as an expert at trial in federal, state, and local courts, and has also testified at hearings in bankruptcy court.
