Expert #43 , with over twenty-five years experience, has been involved in the establishment and upgrading of all types of helicopter landing facilities. Our experience includes rooftop as well as surface heliports/helistops. We also have extensive knowledge in the areas of new construction and the retrofitting of existing structures to include elevated heliports. As aviation specialists, Vertical Aeronautics International's projects have involved a variety of heliport surfaces, including concrete, asphalt, turf, and aluminum. Using our knowledge of helicopters and manufacturing guidelines, our ability to design a proper approach/departure path is unparalleled. Obstructions, wind conditions, type of helicopter operations and environmental issues are key factors in locating the heliport and aligning helicopter ingress/egress.

The thrust of Expert #43 is to create a safe and functional heliport, which is both user and neighbor friendly. We always consider the needs of the helicopter pilot, passengers, ground personnel, facility, and others.
