Mr. Beringer is Principal of Beringer & Associates, A Risk, Claim and Litigation Management Firm. This firm provides Risk Management services, inclusive of Labor Compliance; litigatin managment management, Workers Compensation analysis/consult services for the construction industry. We also form/operate alternative risk transfer systems for domestic and non domestic captive programs. B&A has provided alternative risk analysis and risk management services to the construction industry since 2000. Prior to the formation of B&A, Mr. Beringer work in the insurance industry as an Executive and Litigation Manager for 30 plus years, finsihing his service with an insurance carrier with Speciality Risk Services (Hartford).
B&A also provides analysis of Labor Code exposures, including assistance with prevailing wage exposures; assist with implementation and execution of Risk Management and Safety programs; Workers Compensation underwriting and executive management. As a claim and Litigation manager, responsibilities include significant case handling for exposures in excess of client's risk insured retentions through various levels of the reinsurance in the United States and offshore venues.
