Dr. Morrel-Samuels received an MA in research methodology (University of Chicago) an MPhil & PhD in social psychology (Columbia University), and a MSc in Law (Northwestern University). He has been an expert witness for approximately 15 years specializing in psychometrics, statistics, discrimination, and class certification. He has testified to Congress, published in Harvard Business review and has withstood all 9 Daubert challenges lodged against him. Dr. Morrel-Samuels has 30 years’ experience designing and analyzing assessments for more than 7 million employees and is a Lecturer at University of Michigan, teaching classes on assessment design, statistics, and research methodology.

Over 40 years experience in the medical device industry, including serving as CEO of 6 medical device companies in four countries. Inventor of over 35 US patents. Experienced expert witness - reports, depositions and court appearances.
Has been member of board of directors of 12 companies (public and private), and currently Chairman of the Board of 4 companies, and member of the board of one other.
