Short Biography:
Mr. Whelan has over 16 years experience in facility design, construction, and project management. He is experienced in major facility installation, cost estimating, scheduling, sub-contract administration, procurement, piping, materials handling, HVAC, heat transfer, pipe stress analysis, pressure vessels, and engineering. His career has spanned over most aspects of facility planning, maintenance, design, and construction. He held the title of Division President for a Top 100 ENR Engineering firm and Vice-President with his position with a SBA award winning Federal Contractor prior to founding Allied Process Services.
