15+years experience in both residential and commercial building code administration and enforcement, including but not limited to building plans examinations, field inspections of new residential and commercial buildings and structures including specialized systems
i.e. fire sprinkler, fire alarm, mechanical HVAC. Extensive experience in interpretation and administration of The Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibilities guidelines (ADAAG).
Experienced property maintenance code administrator including structural observations and inspections.
