WCG construction claims analysts are responsible for investigating all elements of a construction claim or potential claim, reviewing all contract and project documents and schedules, formulating opinion on entitlement, performing relevant delay analysis, preparing cost estimates and developing comprehensive report of findings and recommendations.
He specializes in the investigation, independent evaluation and resolution of all types of construction claims. Our involvement in a claims assignment can occur anytime from initial discovery of the claim or dispute situation through and including litigation and/or arbitration.
