He was the State Director of the only national firm that helped families of the disabled and is President of Texas, Inc., a nonprofit corporation. With this unique background, he has assisted families by maximizing government benefits and by teaching them how to use and fund Special Needs Trusts. Because of his unusual expertise, he has been invited to address several groups including TAMR, AAMR, Family to Family, Parents as Case Managers and the Texas Trial Lawyer Association.
