EW #7394 has worked for over 25 years in the information technology field. She has been a consultant for the past 14 years, assisting Fortune 500 companies and government agencies designing, programming and implementing large databases. Monique's qualifications include the following:
- She is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) as well as a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE).
- She earned a Master of Science degree in Public Health Information Systems (MSPH) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a concentration in Statistics, both from UCLA.
- In the civil arena, she has performed forensic computer examinations including wrongful terminations, breach of contract, employee fraud and misuse of computers and consulted in family law/child custody and product liability cases. On the criminal side she has assisted several cases involving identify theft and the counterfeiting of documents.
- She volunteers for several local law enforcement agencies, assisting in cases in which a computer has been used in the commission of a crime.
- She is a member of the Ethics Committee for the International Association for Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS).
- She presents informational lectures to attorneys, businesses and teaching institutions on the discipline of computer forensics as it relates to financial and other crimes.
