Fee Schedule

Basic Initial Review: $2,000 flat fee
Expedited Review (48 Hr. Turnaround): + $250 [Payment must accompany engagement letter /records]
Cognitive Work, Review, Meetings $ 400 per hour
Depositions:  $1,000 for first two hours or part; then $500 per hour
Depositions are charged at a two hour minimum.  Any cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged two hours.  Paid by the side taking the deposition.  Due at the time of deposition.  No exceptions.
Video depositions charged as court testimony
Court Testimony: $2500 per half day, $5500 per whole day
Local Out of Town: Court time and expenses.
Overnight: As above, plus per diem ($500)
Written Report : A. Q.
  N.B. : Cancellations of court appearances, etc., occurring less than 48 hours of the event will be billed at 50% of the scheduled rate.
