Testimonial: $285.00/hr with a four hour minimum plus expenses
Travel Policy: actual expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred for First Class air travel (business when available) and subsistence incurred. 
Misc: Actual expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred, such as subsisence and lodhing, long-distance telephone charges, the costs of reproduction of documents and materials, professional support costs, costs of producing documents, reciprocal state licensing fees associated with case, etc., are additional to consulting fees and will be billed at cost x 1.25 multiplier.
