He holds graduate degrees from six different universities, including Harvard, and has been a postdoctoral fellow or visiting scholar at Yale, Berkeley, Chicago and Duke. He regularly testifies in cases involving lost profits, business valuations, lost earnings and benefits, wrongful death, life care planning and breach of fiduciary duty.
