A real estate litigation support economist, has 15 years of real estate consulting experience plus 20 years as a professor and researcher at three major universities. He provides consulting and expert testimony on behalf of plaintiffs or defendants on a variety of topics, principally in valuable commercial real estate matters. He has been engaged by government agencies (FDIC and IRS), cities (Dallas, Garland, Frisco, Grapevine); major corporations (Sears, JC Penney, Exxon, AT&T); and real estate owners (Simon Property Group, Dallas Galleria shopping center). He has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in complex issues.
