Mr. Levine earned a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Cornell University and managed nursing homes and multi-level senior care campuses for nearly two decades. He is a licensed nursing home administrator with a strong foundation in state and federal regulatory compliance, prevailing clinical/administrative standards and appropriate risk management practices.

I have served as the licensed nursing home administrator and/or member of senior management for nationally-recognized long term care organizations. My background as a senior care administrator has been in Arizona, Georgia and Florida, which has arguably the most intensive regulatory environment.

I currently serve as a Court-Appointed Patient Care Ombudsman and provide legal consultation as a expert witness.

I had the unique experience opening two, new Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facilities.  These experiences have enabled me to operationally learn the details of every department in a licensed nursing facility ( food service, nursing, administration, business office, rehab, etc.) and offer me understanding of various state and federal regulatory agencies that impact nursing homes.

I served as in the U.S. Army as a Field Medic and am somewhat atypical as a licensed administrator as I possess a clinical orientation. My professional background enables me to understand and explain to my clients whether facilities were using sound clinical practices and implementing appropriate and timely risk management interventions. 

I offer my clients methodical, insightful case reviews and analysis, typically for cases associated with abuse/neglect. I can coordinate with other medical and health care experts so that a comprehensive analysis of whether a facility was providing care that led to favorable or unfavorable clinical outcomes can be ascertained.  I will present questions for deposition for an attorney's consideration and am available for court appearances and depositions.
