Having executed numerous seismic rehabilitation projects, Kit has gained notoriety as a top expert in the United States utilizing seismic energy dissipation to dramatically improve the performance and cost effectiveness of both retrofit and new projects. He also lectures and publishes nationally and internationally on the subject of Advance Seismic Resistive Design. Kits list of successfully completed structures throughout the western United States seems countless. His expertise is sought after by national leading engineering and architectural firms for consultation. He has been quoted in several trade publications including Engineering News & Record and Civil Engineering Journal.
