EXPERIENCE__________________________________________________________________ September 11, 2003 V January 28, 2005: New York State Department of Health Director of Investigations, New York State Department of Health Directed the reorganization, standardization and increased the overall efficiency of the investigative process related to Long Term Care complaint investigations; standardized the reporting format and preparation for trial/administrative hearing with the Division of Legal Affairs; established and directly supervised the Case Resolution Bureau, which reduced the statewide workload of regional offices by 40%. July 1, 2002 V September 11, 2003: Health Research, Inc. (assigned to the New York State Department of Health) Director of Investigations, Long Term Care Program Responsible for evaluating the current Long Term Care complaint process used by DOHs Regional offices; developed and implemented a plan for the standardization of the complaint process on a statewide basis, reviewed, evaluated and upgraded current training mechanisms; substantially increased the overall productivity of Long Term Care investigations; eliminated the 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 case backlog.; established the Case Resolution Bureau, which reduced the statewide workload of regional offices by 40%.
