EXPERIENCE__________________________________________________________________ September 11, 2003 V January 28, 2005: New York State Department of Health Director of Investigations, New York State Department of Health Directed the reorganization, standardization and increased the overall efficiency of the investigative process related to Long Term Care complaint investigations; standardized the reporting format and preparation for trial/administrative hearing with the Division of Legal Affairs; established and directly supervised the Case Resolution Bureau, which reduced the statewide workload of regional offices by 40%.
