Accomplishments: Developed JFK training directive and Lancaster Tower training and operational directives. Project Manager, NY TRACON radar simulation program. Directed transfer of Lancaster Tower from FAA to contractor, training entire staff that would be assuming tower responsibility. Conducted staff study for MDT's class D airspace. I have been guest speaker and I have conduted many seminars for countless organizations. I have also held seminars for IFR and VFR pilots, visiting flight schools and universities.
