EW #10134 a diversified management consulting firm based in the heart of Silicon Valley offering capabilities in business and marketing strategy, brand identity, market research, advertising services, business development, legal services management, expert witness testimony and software development. The firm undertakes assignments ranging as broad as an overall definition of a business model to more targeted assignments on a project basis. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Haas School of Business of the University of California – Berkeley and also serves as Co-Director of the Center for Marketing and Technology. In 2004, Peter will join the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University as a Visiting Professor. In the spring, he will teach MKTG 392: Marketing and Brand Stragety for MBA students. He serves as a management advisor and board member to numerous Silicon Valley technology firms. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MaxWorldwide, the leading independent company in online advertising sales and offline direct marketing.

He has served as a management consultant for numerous leading firms including General Motors, Sony New Technologies, Inc., AOL/Time-Warner, Google, the Anheuser-Busch Company, Visa U.S.A., United Parcel Service, Nextel, Wachovia Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett-Packard, The Eastman Kodak Company, Nokia and A.T. Kearney, Inc. He currently serves, or has served,on the Boards of Directors of MaxWorldwide, Inc.,MediaPlex, Inc., T/R Systems,, United Parcel Service Capital, Learning Framework, Socket Communications, Inc., Vividence Corporation and He serves, or has served, on the Boards of Advisors of DiStreams, Inc.,,, AgentWare, Learning Framework, NetOyster, and Zinio. He is a special partner in DigaComm Ventures, LLC, a venture capital firm. He is a speaker at over 35 industry conferences each year. His co-authored book, Simplicity Marketing—End Brand Complexity, Clutter and Confusion was published by Simon & Schuster.

The majority of his career was spent at The Coca-Cola Company during which he held senior positions in virtually every business sector of that corporation including soft drinks, wine, and filmed entertainment. He was appointed that Company's first Global Marketing Director in 1990. During his tenure at Coca-Cola, he was associated with some of the legendary advertising and marketing campaigns including:

As Senior Vice President. Global Marketing, he was responsible for the creation of the "Always Coca-Cola" global advertising campaign in association with Creative Artists Agency in Beverly Hills.

The international introduction of diet Coke into over 50 countries.

The marketing and distribution of such films as Karate Kid, Ghostbusters,Stand by Me, La Bamba and others at Columbia Pictures.

He  is the recipient of the Henry R. Kravis Entrepreneur Award, the Distinguished Alumnus Award and the Claremont Graduate University Alumni Hall of Fame. He was selected as "Educator of the Year" in 2001 by the Sales and Marketing Executives International organization. This award honors an individual for meritorious contributions to sales and marketing education at the university level. He serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Business 2.0 magazine. He is a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. His education includes degrees from the University of Florida, Yale University and a Ph.D. from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center at the Claremont Graduate University.
