Selected as team member to develop the sexual harassment/violence policy for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), used by all Minnesota community and technical colleges and state universities; did the same with the Minnesota High School League impacting all Minnesota secondary students involved in fine arts and athletic activities
Designed and developed Minnesota Community College sexual harassment training materials and manual to be used by those colleges in training staff and students on workplace and education harassment; conducted Train the Trainer session for future trainers of the material in their respective colleges.
Conducted field research on sex discrimination and sexual harassment in workplaces in several cities in Poland resulting in formal report to the United Nations and organizations, agencies, and the government of Poland
