He has done international licensing agreements in Japan, Indonesia, Brazil and Europe. During his career he has spent a considerable amount of time involved in litigation and dispute resolution involving franchisors and franchisees. As COO of a publicly traded medical staffing company his experience includes all facets of corporate operations as well as a knowledge of the healthcare industry. He also has a background in the retail food industry and manufacturing of solariums.
