The practice is by referral only. We accept referrals from other physicians, health care providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.

To talk with one of our associates about arranging a consultation or an IME, simply call the office and they will page us or you can leave a message and we will get back with you promptly. (We split our time between hospitals taking care of patients, doing consultations, and our group consultation office).
