BACKGROUND: As Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Principal Owner of The , EW #374 has been extensively involved in Management Consulting, Risk Management and Dispute Resolution Services for over 20 years both in the United States and internationally. Her career has included the corporate position of Chief Financial Officer, arbitrator on numerous construction cases, member of dispute review boards, expert witness in both arbitrations, ICC arbitrations and court presentations, facilitator for partnering workshops, and instructor in several forums such as seminars, course instructor for private and public entities, and associate professor at the University of Wisconsin.
Relative to Dispute Resolution services, she has had extensive experience in numerous cases including schedule delay analyses (delay, disruption, acceleration, early completion and productivity inefficiency), document search and review, preparation of questions for interrogatories and depositions, cost analyses and damage calculations, structural drawing and shop drawing review, antitrust analyses and advising legal counsel. She is recognized internationally as providing expert testimony in court, arbitration (both ICC and domestic) and public utility rate hearings on her analyses. Dispute analyses have included projects such as hotels, casinos, stadiums, process plants, gas pipelines and compression modules, landfills, airports, highways, bridges, infrastructure projects, oil depots, office buildings, renovations, waste water treatment plants, hospitals, colleges, fossil fuel plants, nuclear power plants, civic centers, parking garages, mass transit, demolition, dams, bulk pharmaceutical plants, refineries, petrochemical plants and manufacturing projects.
With respect to Management Consulting, she analyzes corporate, public and project management structures and performance in private companies, regulated industries and government agencies. Engagements have included major U.S. and non-U.S. companies in construction, process, power and transportation fields. Additionally, she lectures and presents seminars on the subject of project controls, contract administration, claims avoidance and schedule delay analysis. She lectures in the annual seminar given by Nielsen Wurster for attorneys and presents seminars on scheduling to outside firms, corporations and professional society organizations such as The American Society of Civil Engineers. She has also served as an arbitrator regarding construction litigation cases for the American Arbitration Association. She is further involved in management consulting assignments evaluating operations, management process, project controls, value engineering, and risk analyses.
In the Risk Management area, she has provided extensive project planning and ongoing project execution, risk assessments, trend evaluations, and risk reduction plans for a wide variety of domestic and international projects. Specific engagements have covered transportation, infrastructure, power, process industry and commercial buildings.
Additionally, she has served as Project Manager and Scheduling Engineer for major projects (design, construction and fast track) using computer automated systems including Artemis, Primavera and Timeline.

Her responsibilities included coordination of all project schedules, involvement with cost engineering functions, preparation of all schedule progress reports for public and client presentations and monitoring compliance with court orders imposed on the Program. Other activities at the MWPAP included authoring a scheduling manual, preparation of bid documents, on site tunnel inspection, and coordination of a project managers' training series.
