Short Biography:
EW #12234 (CPA Licensed in the States of Florida and Michigan/ABV, BVAL, CVA, MCBA) has been providing valuations for various purposes since 1981. She currently an Ambassador for NACVA, and a past NACVA Executive Advisory Board Member,a Master Certified Business Appraiser and fellow to the Institute of Business Appraisers. She is also one of the authors of the AICPA Consulting Services Special Report 02-01: Litigation Services and Applicable Professional Standards. Because of conflicting client needs and the possible perceived perception of lack of objectivity, in 1983 she divested herself of typical accounting clients and limited her practice to the non-traditional accounting area of providing valuations. She is soon to be published book is entitled Ethics Reference Guide for Expert Witnesses.
