He was involved from inception in these companies and established them as the dominant cellular carriers in their regions.

He has been active in other growth businesses. He was Chief Financial Officer of Nobel Education Dynamics and Controller of Harrah's, Atlantic City.

He is a CPA and earned a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
