FEE SCHEDULE:
Retainer: $1,000.00
Autopsy with Written Report: $3,500.00
Case Review with Written Report: $3,000.00 (includes photo and microscopic slides and conference calls, court, deposition)
CaseReview with records only: $250.00/hr
Conference call meetings: $250.00/hr
*there is nochard for brief calls and questions from clients, only conference calls for in depth case discussion 30 minutes or longer*
Deposition: fees will be accessed at$250.00/hr to the law firm requesting the deposition
Travel: no charges for travel with the exceptionfor reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses; i.e. the necessity to travel out of state of trial for deposition purposes. There is no expected compensation for meals while on travel or other expense items. These costs will be borne by the consulting company
