Responsible for design, functionality, clinical content, and management of Ask an Expert, an interactive website for members/specialists on Harvard Pilgrim's home page; Created and published an on-line WebLibrary, containing over 1500 health related websites, as a reference tool for HPHC members; Serve as WebLibrarian for members with special interests needing research assistance;
Assume major responsibility for assessment, selection, and development of partnerships / affiliations, with web-based interactive health content providers, including Provider contracting and designing functionality for HPHC End Users.
Responsible for working with HPHC's Disease Management Program Administrators, to identify and develop web-based interactive options for providers and patients to help manage and monitor chronic diseases.

Chief of Nursing 1988 - 1999, Program Administrator, Clinical Telecommunications/Emergency Services
Manage HPHC's 24 hour Call Center, which includes a 12 hour daytime health information line and a 12 hour nighttime emergency telephone triage service for the Health Center Division, providing care to a population of 350,000 members. Recruit, train, and supervise a clinical staff of nurses, physician assistants and physicians. Participated in design, selection, and implementation of interactive healthcare software for use by clinical staff.
