Currently serves as a litigation consultant, expert witness and arbitrator in many insurance related matters, concentrating on the application, policy wording and potential bad faith aspects of such cases. He is expert in property loss and construction cases, with vast experience in property loss restoration, remediation (all types,) insurance appraisals, abritrations, and mediations.. He serves both plaintiffs and defendants addressing the activities of insurers and agent/brokers. He served as an instructor for State Farm Insurance Companies and as a panelist/moderator at insurance oriented seminars.
