Dr. Harry has been engaged in providing consulting services in forensic toxicology for more than twenty years. His clients include criminal defense lawyers, prosecuting attorneys, attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation, and insurance companies.

Dr. Harry received his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in toxicology from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1974. From 1974 to 1983, he was employed as a toxicologist at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in Cincinnati. During his tenure at NIOSH, he performed research involving the analysis, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of industrial chemicals.

Dr. Harry also holds a bachelors degree in pharmacy and a masters degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, and a law degree (J.D.) from Northern Kentucky University. For the past twenty years, he has engaged both in the practice of law and as a consultant in forensic toxicology.

Dr. Harry has testified extensively in state and federal courts with respect to the effects of alcohol, alone or in combination with drugs of abuse and the prediction of the levels of alcohol in blood and breath after the ingestion of alcoholic beverages, comparing the predicted results with those resulting from the use of breath testing instruments such as the Intoxilyzer 5000 and the BAC DataMaster. He has also interpreted the cause of death in drug overdoses and intentional and accidental poisonings and evaluated and interpreted the results of urine drug testing both for employers and employees and for probationers in probation violation proceedings.
