Director of Sportfit Lab (svc. of Sportfit Consulting LLC), fitness testing and training facility established in Herndon, VA within Worldgate Sport & Health Club.  Facility is equipped with the latest in high-tech testing tools, and used to test and train endurance athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Personal Fitness Inc. [d.b.a. Country Club Fitness ], Rockville, MD          (1985-2008)

Founder and President of company providing a full range of fitness center design, management, instruction, and personal training services. Country Club Fitness provides services to private and country clubs nationwide.  Clients have included Congressional CC, Columbia CC, Chevy Chase Club, Bethesda CC, Woodmont CC, et al.  As company president, responsibilities included strategic leadership and management (of approximately 110 employees); budgeting and financial planning; design for new facilities; employee hiring, testing, and training; development of innovative fitness training programs; marketing, consulting, etc.
