Dynamic Science, Inc. Downey, CA 1981 - 1983
Project Manger. Reviewed and reconstructed data supplied by field personnel for all types of traffic accidents under the National Accident Sampling System sponsored by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Reconstructed over 2,000 accidents and provided training to new field personnel on proper techniques in data collection.

Franklin Research Center, Philadelphia, PA 1976 - 1981
Filed Manager. Collected traffic accident field data including documentation of vehicle damage, roadway evidence, medical data and computer analysis before reconstructing events. Conducted state of the art summary of driver licensing practices in Pennsylvania. Developed testing procedures for evaluation of pedestrian symbol signs. Participated in field study of nighttime visibility of drivers under different lighting configuration.
