Short Biography:

EW #902has over thirty years experience in all phases of pathology. Involved in investigation of Amityville Horror. He also investigated a landmark case that provided the concept of brain death to the legal profession. In addition to being a forensic consultant on network and local news, he has been a guest on Court TV and recognized as a medical expert in the many state courtrooms. He authored many scientific papers including one credited with revising the therapy of carcinoma in situ of the uterine cervix. A recipient of many awards, including a mayors proclamation, he has also lectured extensively. All of the attorneys with whom he has worked, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and in both sides of criminal cases, have appreciated my knowledge, candor and honesty.

At the Office of the Medical Examiner, I supervised four other full time pathologists and two part time pathologists covering our workload of more than 1300 autopsies per year including 35 - 40 homicides (non vehicular). Cases included a wide spectrum of forensic autopsies and investigations including decomposed bodies (both from water and land), skeletal remains, exhumations, animal deaths and cemetery desecrations, scene investigations and courtroom testimony.

As Deputy Chief Medical Examiner , New York, I consulted with many attorneys, both private and affiliated with malpractice insurance companies, in cases of alleged malpractice, questions of double indemnity, workmen's compensation and other medicolegal questions including investigation of the American Airlines Crash in Chicago.

Hourly fees (1/2 hr increments) $450.00/hr

on call for trialand depo- $50./dy
All fees are expected to be paid in a timely fashion. If it becomes necessary after the final billing cycle to refer the account for collection, a 20% collection fee will be assessed.
