EW #13620 has done over 8500 inspections, and conducted many classes for local and national groups. He is an early leader in the home inspection field in Minnesota and co-founder of Inspecta-Homes™, Minnesota’s first multi-inspector firm. He also co-founded the first nationwide relocation inspection firm. He has inspected in 22 states, is a specialist in cold climate housing, inspection report writing, employee relocation inspections, and the ASHI® Standards of Practice. He has written for the ASHI® REPORTER and ERC’s MOBILITY magazine. Roger also inspects new homes, and consults on building issues such as ice dams, wet basements, etc. Roger is a partner with Cheryll Brown, first woman ASHI® Member in Minnesota. They provide meaningful inspections plus carbon monoxide and radon tests.
