Began my own conduit finance company in December of 2004, and open its doors in January of 2005. With a staff of 10 underwriters, including 3 junior partners, I have originated, underwrote, and sold the following transactions:
- - $22,000,000 in commercial transactions in 2005, with $7,000,000 in loan referrals to my counterparts;
- - Closed $27,000,000 within the first 4 months of 2006, before my selling of my equity to the remaining partners in May of 2006;

As a Credit Relationship Officer with $1,000,000 of signature authority, I was responsible for originating and underwriting loan transactions from the initial structuring and credit investigation stage through formal credit approval. My position was eliminated due to overall corporate downsizing. Other duties and accomplishments include:
- - Driving transaction structuring to mitigate credit weaknesses, and assist in negotiating appropriate documentation;

- - Funded nearly $25,000,000 in E.S.O.P. and Leveraged-Buyout transactions within the first year at Merrill;

During my tenure as Credit Administrator, I oversaw a staff of 10, including 5 underwriters, 3 collectors, and 2 administrative assistants, while enjoying some professional highlights, such as:
- - Implemented new cash flow analytics, a profitability model, new financial spreading software within the first 8 months at Centier;
- - Real Estate asset management of existing real estate portfolio, including dispensation of troubled assets and related loans.
- - Revised the Loan Review policy for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance implementation;
- - Streamlined the credit presentation process to become fully electronic, thereby improving turnaround time from 14-days to 7-business days;
- - Responsible for assisting with the processing of credit loan applications and renewals, while performing various departmental functions including reporting (loan covenant tracking, statement tracking, risk rating, and credit reviews), credit file maintenance, and LAN administration;
- - Trained the staff and officers in the preparation of the following: financial statement spreading, loan requests, monitoring loan covenants, collateral analysis, and cash flow analysis;
- - Oversaw Compliance, Loan Work-Out Department and the Loan Review Department, prior to the outsourcing of the review function.
- - Managed a $500MM investment portfolio, which included several CMBS and MBS issues, as well as sovereign issues to Rabobank and Nippon Bank.

As Senior Credit Officer, I oversaw the Loan Department, and was personally involved with the origination of transactions ranging from $200k to $25MM, and was personally responsible for the salability of the transactions to various investors throughout the country. Some professional highlights include:
- - Responsible for the management of the $20MM warehouse line of credit that enabled the transactions to close, and fund, without delays from the investors.
- - Utilization of Inmatrix and Symbiant credit-risk management software programs. The company closed due to the company's president passing

Deposition Background:
Fulbright & Jawaroski: 2008
Suit filed on behalf of mortgage servicer against a PMI company for failure honor financial obligation to make whole mortgages that fell into default. Approximately 15 hours of research, study, representations, and deposition were provided by myself to the client. Claim was ultimately settled.
Gonsky & Associates: Nicole Connors, Lead Counsel 2006
Class action suit was filed against two financial institutions for fraudulent lending practices. My services were needed to show how aggressive underwriting practices were used to place business owners into multi-unit buildings that were not suitable investments for their respective risk appetites. Case was moved due to counsel leaving firm, appears to be in favor of the clients, but is still pending.
Graff-Ross: Present
Currently being used as an expert witness to a patent case involving the bond auction system used by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Case is still pending.
State of Illinois Present
Currently assisting the office of Lisa Madigan in the class action suit against Countrywide Funding. The suit involves the underwriting practices used by Countrywide to provide funding for both residential and commercial properties. Case is still pending.
