EW #933 has testified in criminal, civil, family and administrative law procedings as an expert in Pediatrics, Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine,Child Physical and Sexual Abuse, Pediatric Emergency and Urgent Care, HMO and Hospital Admnistration, and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. He also has special expertise in the fields of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and International and Cross-cultural Health issues.

A 1977 Graduate of Georgetown University Medical School(MD) and 1980 U Cal Berkeley School of Public Health (MPH), He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine and Sub-board Certified in Adolescent Medicine. He has eight years of experience in Medical Administration especially in the HMO field, but has also served as an expert in Hospital Administration legal cases. He is one of the earliest group of child sexual abuse examiners. He has numerous academic publications in several fields and has lectured widely. He has held full and part-time academic appointments in departmetns of Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine, Surgery and Internal Medicine. A full curriculum vitae is available n request.

and Texas (New York inactive).

He has always seen patients in addition to his administratie and consulting practices. He has testified for both plaintif and defense in most of his areas of expertise. He has past experience as a champion debater, orator and speechwriter.
