EW #1125  is a Consultant to the U.S. Department of Labor, New York Telephone Company and the Metro-North Railroad, in alleged Job/Noise induced hearing loss. He is Consultant to New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and to New York City in Ear, Nose and Throat injury cases and in alleged Otolaryngology Malpractice.

Expert review and trial testimony is reasonably divided between defense and plaintiff.

In 1998 I was instrumental in successfully defending Metro North Railroad (N.Y.) as an expert in noise-induced hearing loss. (Jury verdict) Also in 1998, I was plaintiff’s expert in a Laser Airway fire (Ga..) ($3,500,000 settlement) and was also plaintiff’s expert (Pa.) in severe complications from a Tracheotomy. ($1 million jury verdict)
