FEE SCHEDULE:
Basic Initial Review: $1,000 flat fee
Expedited Review (48 Hr. Turnaround): + $250 [Payment must accompany engagement letter /records]
Cognitive Work, Review, Meetings $ 300 per hour
Depositions: $450 per hour
Depositions are charged at a two hour minimum. Any cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged two hours. Paid by the side taking the deposition. Due at the time of deposition. No exceptions.
Video depositions charged as court testimony
Court Testimony: $2500 per half day, $4000 per whole day
Local Out of Town: Court time and expenses.
Overnight: As above, plus per diem ($500)
