Experience:
EW #588 has focused the last 35 years of his career on project management and construction problem solving. Large buildings, complex projects and extensive building renovations have been his specialty. Hehas also provided professional services on many non-HHCP projects involved in claims. In addition to providing architectural services to correct building deficiencies, analysis of architect, engineer and /or contractor performance has been done. Projects involved in this process have included condominiums, hospitals, commercial and educational facilities.

Hisproject experience includes the $172 million Phase IV Expansion to the Orange County Convention Center in Florida; the $14 million Shamu Whale Stadium at Sea World in Orlando, Florida; and the $8 million renovations to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Tampa, Florida. Currently,heis the Project Manager of the $490 million Phase V Expansion to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

EW #588is an active speaker on various subjects related to the practice of architecture. He has given numerous presentations to local, state and National Professional Associations, to various schools of architecture and is a continuous speaker for the University of Wisconsin's Professional Seminar Yearly Courses. He is also a certified State of Florida provider of continuing education programs for architectural re-registration requirements.

Hehas been involved in DRB's over the past several years. This includes completed DRB's for a large hospital at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada and for the expansion of King County, (Seattle) Washington's Harborview Medical Center's 100 million dollar expansion. These boards have been instrumental in two large, complicated projects being completed with no litigation involved.
