Introduced the use of aluminum extrusions to AER, Inc. in the design of two new solar collectors that reduced assembly times another 50%. Designed and built an instrumented test facility that resulted in a 71% increase in thermal efficiency and reduction in cost. Designed and supervised construction of a 1000 sq.ft. prefabricated solar water heating system. Provided field engineering and troubleshooting support. Designed electronic diagnostic equipment for service personnel. Performed technical audits of over 300 systems.
