Non-Testimonial Fee------------$300.00 per hour for consultation,analysis,research,written report,etc.
Testimony---------------------------$300.00 per hour for testimony,waiting to givetestimony,breaks,etc.
Travel Fee---------------------------$300.00 per hour
Travel Policy---------------------lodgings,meals,airfare,trainfare,tolls,parking,carrental,gasoline,carinsurance,tips,etc.all to be paid by client or party deemed responsible at cost.
Miscellaneous-------------------expenses are charged at cost plus a25% overhead charge
Fees outside of normal business practices or times will be handled and quoted on a case by case basis. Fees are charged for all time spent on the case . There is a sixteen hour minimum for each case. Additionally, there is a minimum charge of eight hours a day for work performedaway from the greater Orlando area.The retainer will be required to be refreshed as needed.Should there bean adjustment to the current fees there will be a 60 day notice given.
