Short Biography:

Relevant experience:

Responsible for conducting over 250 sled tests using both hydro-pneumatic, and sleds with steel bands. Determined crash pulses, and evaluated biomechanical data. Tests and evaluations were dealing primarily with infant, and children crash survivability.

Sled test were conducted in the United States, as well as in Germany. Facilities used included: Audi, Chrysler, Cape (IMMI), GM, MGA, University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI), Porsche, and VW.

Was accepted and acted as an expert witness in the United States Court of Appeals, for the: Second Circuit of New York. Was accepted by the court as a technology expert, the expertise yielded a landmark definition of "fail-safe" systems in automotive applications, and the development of such systems. The fail-safe definition is precedence setting.

Wrote and advised widely in the general area of crash survivability and biomechanical safety boundaries.

Acted as a consultant on safety issues for the Massachusetts Registrar of Motor Vehicles.

Advised financial firms regarding investments in technical companies, and the viability of mostly high tech companies.

Managed a number entrepreneurial technology oriented businesses with their own P/(L), and/or budgets

Innovative technology oriented problem solver and innovator,

Significant record of accomplishment:

Bringing concepts to profitable marketable products (such as aircraft ABS brakes technology to automotive ABS, GaAs technology into hi speed CPU, audible back-up warning, etc.) and enhancing performance and profitability of existing products.

Marketing of HiTech products (Computers, computer-peripherals, and software, in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa, computer storage media primarily in the USA.)

Marketing of safety devices to the automobile industry (ABS, audible back up warning systems, etc.)

Senior Technical Management, International Business-management. Established subsidiary operations for multinational companies in various countries.
Automotive safety:

Responsible for the total management for the development and engineering of the first production ABS in a production automobile.

Technology direction, marketing to the auto industry.

. Patented the only Airbag Safe Infant Seat.

. Patented first Audible vehicle back-up warning system in
production.

Education:
Diploma Mathematics - Hebrew University
B.Sc. Physics - Colorado State University (Colorado A&M)
MA; MALD - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Joint
Administration: Harvard/Tufts Universities: (Political-
Science/Information Theory) --- Also Completed, Ph.D., work
and passed "orals".

Assigned to XSCi: Airbag Compatible Infant Safety Seat (x4)

Raced SCCA A-Production vehicle (Griffith-200), which was modified
in conjunction with Mark Donohue (the premier US race driver of the
time, and chief engineer at Griffith), changed vehicle to make it
competitive as an SCCA A-Production vehicle, in spite of its very
short wheelbase and marginal suspension.

Past Adviser to the Massachusetts Registrar of Motor Vehicles, on
safety issues.

Taught at Tufts University Engineering,"Innovation for Engineering,"
and "Economics for Engineering Upper Classmen."

Appointed Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University Engineering

1993 to present. Vice President, Technology (Safety in travel). Generated over ten patented connects, primarily in traveling juvenile safety. Invited and presented papers at the SAE. Responsible for numerous sled tests of airbag restraint interfaces.

Inventor of the only infant car seat that fully complies with all existing Government Standards, including those calling for airbag interaction.

Presently participating in discussions regarding the transfer of company ownership, or a redirection through acquisition.

1985 to 1993And to the present, both consulting, and XSCi -- GA International, Inc.: As VP for technology consulting at GAI since 1987 consultant to the likes of:

FAA (Radar systems);
Sensis (Radar Systems);
Q-Motus (rehabilitating the injured, through electromechanical
systems); biomechanical means of rehabilitation.
Flight Safety System (General-Aviation Safety);
