Approximately 55% of hislitigation assignments have been on real estate agent's standard of care in both residential and commercial transactions. Prevalent issues in these types of cases have been disclosure and due diligence obligations. Other areas of testimony are varied and have included custom and usage in lease mitigation, the marketing and leasing of properties, lending practices, and the effect of hazardous materials contamination and resulting stigma on marketing. In general, the firm has acted in 53% of cases for plaintiffs and 47% for defendants (1995-1999).
