P.E. has a combined engineering, inspection, construction supervision, and construction management of 35 years. This accumulated experience in private and public sector is in the following disciplines: Highways, bridges, commercial/residential buildings; including driveways, sidewalks, grading, drainage, parks, platforms, industrial maintenance facilities, railway infrastructure, improvements, and mass transit equipment.

He has been involved in several depositions, testimonies and have qualified as an expert witness in Nassau County Supreme Court, as well as local/district courts in Nassau/Suffolk counties within New York State involving construction claims (all type) slips, falls and accidents associated with stairs, landings, railings, lighting, ramps, signs, parking fields, pools, ladders, scaffolds, life safety support systems, sidewalks, driveways, decks and entrance/exit ways
