As a regularly published author, and nationally recognized speaker on fraud-related issues, he also created new standards upon which the largest RTC asset disposition contractor bases its decisions to contract for asset searches from qualified vendors throughout the U.S. These standards, as well as a comprehensive set of factual employment screening guidelines developed also for the RTC are published in the White Paper, a Journal of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
