The Company Quality Assurance Procedures require initial and interim design reviews during the development of a project design. The Designer's duties and those of Planning Supervisor, if applicable, under CDM Regulations, are included in the review. The hierarchy of risk is applied and risk assessments recorded in association with the duty holder's other duties.
