EW #12614 has been an active telecommunications consultant and call center consultant since 1985. Prior to entering consulting, he had spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry including executive-level positions with a number of its major suppliers such as Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, International Telephone and Telegraph, and ROLM Corporation. He also held executive-level positions with Communication Consultants, Inc., US West Communications and ALLTEL Information Systems, where he was responsible for forming an international consulting business offering telecommunications and call center management and design services for the financial services industry.
EW #12614 possesses an exceptional understanding of the latest developments and technology in the telecommunications industry, call center management and technology, customer relationship management (CRM), Internet and call center integration, long distance networks and local area networks and has experience with products from virtually all of the telecommunications industry's major manufacturers. He has also earned the tide of "Certified Telecommunications Professional" from St. Mary's College of Minnesota.
In addition to his hands-on experience, he has organized and conducted end-user seminars for telecommunications and call center managers, and has been a speaker for organizations such as the Incoming Call Management Institute, Association of Systems Managers, the Arizona Association for Industrial Development, TELECOM WEST sponsored by the Building Industry Consulting Services International and the Society of Telecommunications Consultants. He is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants, the Building Industry Consulting Services International and the Arizona Association for Industrial Development.
EW #12614 has been engaged in numerous projects involving call center consulting and planning, telephone and telecommunications system design and selection, local and wide area network cabling and systems, telecommunications usage analysis and data communications networking. These projects have spanned distribution, law firms, municipal government, education and media communications. His clients have included major US corporations including MCI WorldCom, MasterCard International, Bank of America, Chase Bank, US Cellular, ALLTEL Communications, and others. He has also functioned as an expert witness in telecommunications litigation, having successfully supported Arizona Blue Stake in an action transpiring in Phoenix, Arizona.
EW #12614 has published numerous articles in major publications including Business Communications Review, Call Center Magazine, Call Center Management Review and Banking Technology, and was honored by Call Center Magazine in 1999 with its Call Center Pioneer award for his contributions to the industry.
