A Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Accountant and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Hehas conducted turnaround operations for non-performing businesses since the mid-1970's. He also specializes in profit enhancement, working with firms to fine tune their operations with a thorough, timely analysis that leads to practical, measurable action steps.

Long before co-founding his company in 1987, hewas consulting with companies seeking to grow and maintain their profitability. As Partner-in-Charge of the Emerging Business Services Department at the Detroit Office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche), he assisted clients in raising debt and equity capital in addition to representing others in acquiring, negotiating and structuring fixed asset financing, working capital financing and real estate financing. His department also prepared and evaluated business plans and financial projections for growth-oriented companies seeking outside capital.

EW #304 is also significantly involved in the litigation support services he is uniquely qualified to provide expert testimony on lost profits, economic damages, business valuations, accounting malpractice and other areas. As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner he can also offer clients assistance with fraud related matters including detection, investigation and deterrence.
