EXPERT TESTIMONY: Qualified as an expert witness on standard of care for commercial real estate including due diligence, property management, lease interpretation, options, lessor/lessee disputes, pro-formas in the Superior Court of seven Counties of California, and District Court of Baline County, Idaho.

BUSINESS HISTORY: San Francisco native. Active in real estate since 1957. Formed Alta California Properties, Inc. in 1974 to develop, lease and manage neighborhood shopping centers. Alta California Real Estate was formed in 1984. It specializes in management, sales, consulting and leasing of real estate.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: College of San Mateo, University of Arizona Shopping Center Management School. On the faculty of the California Association of Realtors. Co-authored two classes on buying, selling and leasing commercial and industrial properties. A licensed State of California - Real Estate Broker. National Association of Realtors. California Association of Realtors. Certified Shopping Center Manager, (CSM), from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Numerous and continuous seminars and classes.
