FORENSIC, EXPERIENCE
1. Over 150 criminal trials for the defense and prosecution on issues of competency to waive Miranda Rights, competency to stand trial, legal insanity, sexually violent offenders, mitigation of sentence because of brain damage, intoxication etc
2. Over 300 civil depositions and trials - including issues of Psychiatric damages in case of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Closed Head Injury, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, rape,medical practice equally for the plaintiff and defense.
3. Conducted Independent Medical Examinations for Insurance Companies.
4. Numerous Independent Medical Examinations and Depositions involving workman?s compensation.
5. Testified in Federal Court on issues of specific intent to defraud the IRS.
